Pure Blissken: Escape from New York’s Snake

NECA keeps the train right on rolling. 1981’s Escape from New York has amassed a cult following that has propelled the film to iconic status. Set in the then-future 1990s New York, Escape saw Manhattan as one big maximum-security prison wherein the president’s been kidnapped and only one very burly, very ’90s dude’s dude can save the day.

Snake Plissken is clad in camo pants, a muscle tee and assault boots, and comes with a removable jacket, holster belt and a healthy spread of weapons. He stands eight inches tall and will whisper manly affirmations to you while you’re sleeping. Probably.
