AGENT 47 Kai Series Figure

January 6, 2013

A Japanese import, this 9-inch figure of Hitman’s Agent 47 is a stunning recreation of the assassin. Wearing his signature black suit and deep red tie, he also boasts a ton of articulation and enough weaponry to ensure that his target is eliminated no matter what they bring tot he party.

Packaged in a deluxe window box, this is one figure you’ve gotta see up-close to believe.

The Avengers 4-Inch Figure Collection

December 11, 2012

THE AVENGERS are now available as a collection of 4-inch figures featuring just about the whole cast, including Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow, Loki, Nick Fury and more, complete with a couple figure variants to mix things up.

Each one is 4 inches tall, comes with appropriate weaponry (including Fury’s bazooka from one of the film’s best scenes) and features surprisingly solid articulation for something so small. If you’re a fan, you can grab these guys individually or as complete series’.

The Walking Dead – Bloody Black and White Zombie 3-Pack

December 3, 2012

That’s a mouthful!

The bloody black and white zombie 3-pack is a fantastic new addition to the Walking Dead merch collection and it’s one that real zombie fans are sure to enjoy, down to every last gory detail.

The Bicycle Girl might be the most famous of the show’s undead set, but the Well Zombie and the RV Zombie definitely gave us some memorable –and unpleasant– moments, as well. Here, they’re rendered in a classic, creepy black and white, but the blood and gore retain their colour as grisly highlights.

LEGEND OF ZELDA : LINK FIGMA Figure

August 18, 2012

This might just be the Link figure to rule them all (sorry– we’ve got LOTR on the brain with all that Hobbit news). Featuring a ton of articulation, the Master Sword, his Hylian Shield and a switch-out head for those days when passivity needs to be replaced with pure rage. As you’d hope, his sword and shield can be carried on his back. It’s a great item celebrating a great franchise and fans should definitely rush to pick it up! Pre-Order NOW and it ships in October!  Here are some additional pics to get you drooling.

STREET FIGHTER: AKUMA

June 5, 2012

AKUMA is the latest Street Fighter to join the action figure pantheon. A big, brutal fighter with the kind of face tattoos you usually see on the baddest boxers. He comes with alternate hands and an alternate head, depending on whether you want him “angry” or “insanely angry” (we suggest the latter).

At about 8 inches tall, he’s proportioned to take on the other figures in the Street Fighter Collection–especially those shrimpy little 3.75-inchers. Grab him now~!

What are Skylanders?

April 20, 2012

The older (very slightly older) crowd might remember Spyro the dragon from his more traditional adventure games, where he took the lead and ran, jumped and flew through epic fantasy worlds. The worlds are still epic, now, but there are some big differences in Spyro’s latest outing, SKYLANDERS

The game casts the player as a Portal Master who can take control of over thirty characters (monsters, dragons, etc.) and venture through undiscovered lands fighting duels, seeking treasure and solving puzzles. But the best part about it is that the fun doesn’t stop there– instead, it enters the real world in the form of some awesome collectible toys that enhance the gameplay experience. Buy the toy and you get the character in-game, along with all its awesome powers and abilties, which means that you can access new places and new games. The game comes with three toys, but you can get up to 34 more.

Where do you buy Skylanders? Glad you asked!

They’re all right here.

Mortal Kombat – RETRO NINJA 4-PACK

March 31, 2012

Scorpion (yellow), Sub-Zero (blue), Smoke (grey) and Reptile (green) began their video game careers as mods of the same model and this figure 4-pack from Jazwares isn’t afraid to embrace those humble beginnings. Featuring some alternate heads for Scorpion and Reptile, the figures are about 6 inches tall and feature enough articulation to set up some brutal battles on your display shelf. It’s a cool tribute to video game days gone by.

My favorite Spiderman Tattoo

February 14, 2012

I am thinking of getting a superhero tattoo and did some research on what I would like.  This Spiderman Tattoo looks pretty awesome but I don’t think I have the balls to go for it….

Marvel Modern Museum: THOR

February 12, 2012

Thor has been enjoying some increased popularity lately, due at least in part to his appearance in the movie THOR and his upcoming turn in THE AVENGERS. This might be why we’re seeing so many new figures and statues of the God of Thunder…but we’re not complaining.

Sideshow collectibles comes together with Bowen Designs to create an amazing new Marvel statue you need to see to believe. Atop an ornate podium stands Thor himself and, at 15 inches tall and cast in heavy-weight polystone, it makes a striking, dramatic addition to any display shelf.
