Rattlor is an aptly-named rattlesnake warrior and a member of the Masters of the Universe collection.
He stands about six inches tall, features full articulation and comes with a staff, around which is wrapped an even snakier version of himself. If you’re a fan of the line, don’t miss this guy!

The HURRICANE HORDAK EXCLUSIVE is the latest addition to the still-growing line of oh-so-retro MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE figures.
He-Man® and Skeletor® both had better watch their backs… there’s big trouble brewing on the horizon when Hordak® returns armed with a vicious hurricane blaster attachment that includes his bat blades, thunderball mace and fork pincher! Sculpted by the Four Horsemen and fully articulated, his armor is removable for those quieter moments when Hurricane Hordak™ plots his reinvasion of Eternia®.
Hurricane Hordak Bio
Real Name: Hec-Tor Kur™
After being released from exile in Despondos™ by Evil-Lyn®, Hordak® returned to Eternia® with his ageless army to once again claim its hidden magical properties for his own. Finding his former pupil Skeletor® on the throne following the apparent “death” of King Randor™, Hordak upgraded his armor with a Hurricane Blaster which he used to challenge the Evil Lord of Destruction™ and drive the Snake Men™ back into hibernation. After ripping through the walls of Snake Mountain™, Hurricane Hordak casts off his battle shield and advances on Skeletor whirling his thunderball mace!

I have to say that the Masters of the Universe might be responsible for some of the most ridiculous costumes of all time, from He-Man’s haircut to Grizzlor’s…everything. But as I went through this week’s new releases, my eyes fell upon this masterpiece.
Buzz-Off is actually more ridiculous than the Venture Bros.’ Henchmen and they’re meant to make you laugh. As with all of the Masters of the Universe characters, Buzz-Off is extremely muscular, but it’s his googly-eyes and striped shirt that truly delights me. He’s basically the best.

This is the best thing. The BEST THING. As I have said time and time again on this blog, I am totally uninformed on everything related to the Masters of the Universe. I don’t know the characters, the stories, the toys, the games, the show or the movies. I can kind of figure out some vague ideas about it thanks to Wikipedia descriptions, but for the most part I am completely in the dark.
And yet I love this thing! Because as an action figure fan, I know that weapons packs can provide an awesome bonus to the toys you’ve already got handy, but rarely do they stand on their own. You usually end up with a handful of tiny, loose accessories that you either have to have on the toys at all time, keep in the plastic or put aside somewhere. This one, though, is a weapons pack and looks like, well…a pack of weapons! Organised neatly on a display stand that will house the weapons as a warrior would demand.
It ships in 2011 and you can pre-order it now or check out the rest of the Masters of the Universe collection!
