Poor job of planning with hundreds of people stranded at the ticket windows. After we drove two hours. you lost our attention
I think they did the best they could do. Yes, it was not acceptable that you had to wait 2 hours for tickets and then be told that they are sold out. I would be pissed. Clearly they didn’t expect this type of traffic. Growing pains….they will most definitely improve next year. On Saturday, they over-sold the tickets and had to stop selling tickets but if you bought them online…you were good to go.
Tip: Buy your tickets in advance online and then avoid the ticket line. Once you have the ticket, they can’t turn you away. You just have to wait in the standard line to get in (hopefully it will not be too long).
