My ConsoleSource.com Review: I have been shopping with Console Source for the past year. I have ordered from within Canada and also had them ship to my sisters address in Florida, USA. In all my experience they are a great company that sells great products. They ship quickly and I have never had any problems with their support staff. They are always quick to answer your questions and stand behind their products. I was shorted shipped a SD card (had ordered two but only got one) and informed them immediately….and a replacement was shipped out without any hassles. Great Service. Nuff Said. This concludes my Console Source review. Please check them out for all your mod chip needs.

I ordered a mod chip and 3 older type game titles on Jan. 4th. I chose the cheapest shipping method (they are close to me, I’m in Michigan, USA). So I thought it would take about 2 weeks to get to me. My trusty old usps mailman showed up 3 days later with my pacakage. To my satisfaction, when I opened up the package, there were all 3 games and my mod chip. I am happy to report all is working fine in my kids PS2. ConsoleSource.com is reliable, and in my case even quicker than what I paid for.
i’ve been ordering with this place for quite a while now, ever since my very first psx. i am what you would consider a hardcore gamer. these guys have been around since the early days of video games and always have the coolest stuff. now that i got a ps2 and an xbox, i use consolesource even more. for christmas i got my bro a wireless controller and the online/internet adapter. consolesource.com is great for mod chip stuff and all modchip products and add-ons.

Great place to shop for R4 and AceKards. The first thing i bought from that store was an R4 for my DS. After buying an R4, I bought my little sister an AceKard for her Dsi. later on, one of my cousins gave me money to buy him an AceKard for his DSi. Although they do have low prices for their flashcards, they don’t arrive as expected. I usually pay for the 3-5 day shipping, but they end up arriving in 8 days. At least I always get the items I order, and that is what matters.

I just recently ordered from them again…for my personal use of course! I had a friend who wanted a back up for his Nintendo DS Lite…so I decided to get the M3i Zero Backup Unit. As usual I got my order in like 2 days (they ship from Toronto and I am located in Montreal). Once I got the package, I was able to install everything and have it running on my friend’s NDS Lite in under 30 minutes….NICE!!!!
I ordered a product over a month ago when it was not listed in preorder status, on Oct. 3rd. They promised it would ship by Nov. 15th, now they want an additional 2-3 weeks. They had no problem taking my money on time, however. I haven’t been able to get them on the line for a refund and they are very slow to respond by email.
Yes…preorders can be delayed. I know we get toys late all the time but it is not our fault. Manufacturers can be late due to production problems or delays with transportation/custom clearance. Of course we want our stuff on time and even early if possible….but we have no control over the release dates.
Please email them the issue you stated. They seem to reply to email much quicker.
I always have had great shopping experiences with Console Sources. So far I have shopped six times and all the merchandise has worked perfect. The only problem so far with Console Source is them not having enough supplies of the merchandise that I want to purchase.

Delivery was slower than expected (took 3-4 weeks). Customer Service was prompt with responses, but incomplete with status data. They could have been more thorough in their explanations. Once received, product was as expected and I had no issues with it.
I purchased 2 of the m3i DSi cards for my daughters DSI.
The price was very fair, I placed the order at 9am on the 16th and received my cards by 3pm on the 17th AWESOME!!!!!!!!
I will be buying more from console source for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must say they execceded my expectations and would rate them 11 out of 10 as they deserve it.
No they dont. I have been emailing and calling them for months and get nothing. I have been fighting with this company now for 4 months to try and get my product and cant even get a hold of anyone much less get my product. I want to call them a scam but I have friends who have had no problem, then again all of them ordered before june of 2010. Most reviews I see after this date are just like mine.
Console Source continues to provide great products as great prices. In these times it is difficult to rely on any site when looking for such hard to find items, but you can rest assured when choosing Console Source. Their reputation and track record speaks for itself. I received my product just as described and in a timely manner, what else could you ask for? Will definitely be back for future purchases.
10 days and counting since my order was supposedly shipped and still no AceKard. I could’ve walked faster from Toronto to Ottawa.
Good luck calling them on their 888 number, been trying all day and nothing but a busy signal. Next step, call M/Card and have the charge reversed.
Ordered an Acekard on the 10th, it supposedly was shipped on the 12th and today is the 22nd, still nothing in the post. Slowest delivery I’ve ever had, assuming it actually is delivered some day.
made order two r4i 3ds on 18th of Dec. got nothing till today.(30th).
emailed them and tried 888 number all day and got no respond.
I’m about to report this company.
I ordered an acekard 2 in November, still haven’t gotten it. I’ve sent them multiple emails and called them – and now they don’t even have a phone number listed. Seriously, wth?

I placed an order with Consolesource.com on October 26, 2011 and after 5 months, i still have not received my full order. When I tried to contact the company, they won’t respond to email, phone calls, or even their own tickets.
I had to place a complaint with the BBB in order to get a response out of them, and I am still waiting to hear back about whether they are going to send my part to me, although, today, my patience wore out, and I have asked them to just refund it (I have already purchased and received the product from another company), and now I have to try to get my money back for a product that they never sent me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE FOR ANYBODY!!!!!
