		<description>Sure United screwed up...but do you really think people will make buying decisions at the point of purchase because of this...my answer is NO. We are shopping for airline tickets through websites and travel agencies these days and usually pick the lowest rates or best times for our schedule (Not by brand of airline). The net loss of customers for United will be minimal. Dave&#039;s video helps get the message out, but until consumers start making a statment with their money and not their mouths and cameras, we will keep feeding the same behavior of companies.</description>
